    Description

Up for auction is a vintage 4 page pictorial section from the Cleveland Plain Dealer newspaper dated April 9, 1911. The back page of this sepia toned pictorial section has a full page photo of Napoleon Lajoie of the Cleveland Naps baseball team.  Lajoie was so popular in Cleveland that the teams named was changed from the Bronchos to the Naps and remained that until it was changed to the Indians after his departure from Cleveland.  This is a rare item for the baseball collector.
